Footwear and accessories must be returned in original purchase condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Shoe box must not be defaced in any way and must be placed inside a shipping box or bag when returned.  Any returns received with shipping label attached directly to shoe box or without original box will be charged a $30 restocking fee. 

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different item or size, please note this on the paperwork and return with package. We will re-ship the new item when the original item is received. Or you may place a new order to ship at once, and we will credit you when the first order is returned.

Refund  policy for online orders that are shipped to nearby addresses. 

Online orders that are shipped out by Fox Valley Birkenstock and then returned in person to a store, will be charged a $10 shipping fee for original shipping charges.  This $10 shipping fee will be deducted from the amount of refund given at the time of return.
